    Whether you’re pregnant or nursing a newborn, we understand how hungry a growing bundle of joy can make you feel! With health-conscious New Year’s resolutions still on many people’s minds too, we wanted to share some of our favorite tasty foods that can satisfy hunger and also keep you feeling healthy! 

    Here are a few of our go-to snacks:

    • Fruit – We all know fruit is healthy, but there are some other great benefits as well. Ever experience a pregnancy hot flash? Try eating watermelon or frozen grapes to cool down next time before breaking out the fan! 
    • Eggs – Whether you prefer them scrambled or over-easy, eggs provide a high amount of protein, which is essential for you and your little one’s nutrition. Plus there are so many ways to serve them, so you won’t feel like you’re always eating the same thing!
    • Dark Chocolate – Dark chocolate is chock-full of antioxidants that benefit your heart. When the candy aisle is tempting your sweet tooth, stick with a few pieces of this and you’ll be able to satisfy your taste buds guilt-free! 
    • Pickles – You didn’t think we would leave this classic off the list, did you?! Pickles are fat free and offer a great way to satisfy your salt craving without adding many calories.
